2026 SUMMER SEASON: July 17- August 8

During the summers, Clem’s Canteen & Creamery is open every Wild West Spectacular Show day: 11:00 am - 9:30 pm in our lobby for dine in OR carry out. Offering lactose free soft serve with choice of toppings, specialty grilled cheese & smoked pulled pork sandwiches, Hawks Hill wagyu and Hebrew Nation hotdogs, popcorn, candy, soda, tea, lemonade and select canned beers, wine, champagne, and hard seltzers. Wild West Spectacular ticket holders can also bring any of these items into the theatre to enjoy while watching the performance (ice cream menu is different for shows).
